The content will include mid-fidelity methods (potential theory), high-fidelity methods (particle-based and grid-based), as well as the coupling between different methods. A hands-on experience using a fully nonlinear potential theory (FNPT) solver is planned as well.
The target groups of these lectures are PhD and grad students interested in fluid structure interaction. Of course interested PIs and postdocs are welcome as well.
The lectures will take place in presence at the Ludwig-Franzius-Institute, Nienburger Straße 4, Room A025. For everyone from outside of Hannover we will provide a livestream via WebEx. You can log in using the following link: https://uni-hannover.webex.com/meet/lufi1
