This wave flume can be used to investigate conventional research questions relating to wave propagation, wave run-up and overtop on coastal protection structures, and the stability of breakwaters. It can also be used to investigate the stability of floating structures and the stress on offshore installations caused by waves, as well as their influence on erosion of the seabed.
